Fitted in the bodice, the Nelly has a smooth look and scoop neckline. Below the bust, an empire seam emphasizes the high waist, and tiny gathers front and back give space where it's wanted. Buttons down the front define a vertical line. Open the hem for a fun, shorter dress, or slip on flats for great-functioning workwear. Wear it on it's own in the Summer, or layer with leggings and boots for a Winter look.
