Bra Necessities is seeking Customer-Focused Retail Sales Associates.

Key daily responsibilities include:

Customer Interaction: Greet customers, assess their needs, and provide product recommendations
Sales Transactions: Process payments, issue receipts, and handle exchanges.
Product Knowledge: Explain features, benefits, and care instructions of merchandise.
Inventory Management: Maintain sales records, manage stock levels, and organize merchandise displays.
Store Maintenance: Ensure the sales floor is clean and organized.

Requirements:

Flexible and Experienced: Availability for flexible shifts and prior experience in retail or sales roles.
Customer-Focused Skills: Friendly, energetic personality with strong communication and problem-solving abilities to handle customer needs and complaints effectively.
Tech and Sales Savvy: Proficient in using computers, processing transactions, managing returns, and cross-selling products.
Product and Store Knowledge: Ability to stay informed on product options, execute pricing/marketing promotions, and maintain store standards.
Physical Capability and Growth: Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and a willingness to learn and grow within the company.

While boutique retail experience is beneficial, it is not a requirement. Interested applicants are encouraged to apply online, as in-store resume submissions are not accepted.

Dress Code: Employees are expected to dress in a manner that reflects the boutique's emphasis on fashion and professionalism. This includes wearing attire that is stylish, neat, and appropriate for a retail environment. Specific guidelines regarding acceptable clothing, footwear, and accessories will be provided upon hiring.
